Como é possível ter tempo para ler tanta coisa? Aplicativo UMANO

Frequentemente me perguntam como eu arranjo tempo para ler tanta coisa. Pois vou entregar aqui o segredo. Há um aplicativo, chamado Umano:


Este aplicativo, disponível para iPhone e Android, permite OUVIR as matérias publicadas, narradas por narradores profissionais. E mais, você pode submeter para o aplicativo as matérias que você achar interessantes e, se os editores do Umano também gostarem, eles gravam e lhe avisam!

Compilei uma lista dos artigos que ouvi via Umano nos últimos meses (nem acredito que deu mais de 200!) e listei, abaixo. Pelo menos a metade deve ter sido sugerida por mim mesmo.     Bom, comecei o estilo Paleoa uns 3 meses, desde entao, fuco em tudo q possobp entender melhor di assunto e etc e ral, e pelo visto c relacao a Brasil o sr ta bem na frente de todos!
    Entao, moro no japao, apesar dad limitacoes q existem aqui, estou aos poucos conseguindo chegar ai meu peso, q gracas a Deus n preciso perder muito, ja perdi 7kg e so faltam mais 3!
    Na verdade comecei mais esse estilo de alimentacao visando saude, mas e logico, quem n quer ficar bem fisicamente tbem!
    Bom, gostaria de pergunta lo se o tofu e o nato(soja fermentada) sao saudaveis e permitidos nessa alimentacao q seguimos?
    Seu q a soja eh banida do cardapio, mas li no site do Mark sisson q o tofu e o nato s saudaveis?!!
    Entao fico na duvida???
    Bom sem contar q vivo num pais q a maioria da populacao eh magra e a base da alimentacao deles eh arroz e soja!
    Como explicar isso!!!

    A soja, quando fermentada, é segura. Pode consumir - de preferência os que não tem glutamato monossódico e açúcar. Já o tofu tem muita proteína da soja, o que não é bom. Mas é low carb, se quiser consumir esporadicamente...
